Dr. Isaac Achimugu is a Nigeria-based Independent Strategic Development Consultant and Chartered Management Auditor with over 13 years of professional experience in health systems strengthening, strategic and operational planning, and community development across 19 states in Nigeria. He is a member of the Health Development Guild Nigeria (HDg-N). He holds a Master of Business Administration from the National Open University of Nigeria (2017) and an M.Sc. in Business Administration (2023). He is also an Honorary Doctor of International Affairs (Africa Theological Education Network), and a Millennium Justice of Peace (MJP).

Isaac possesses in-depth knowledge of Nigeria’s health system and has led and supported donor-funded programmes at Federal, State, and Local Government Area (LGA) levels. His core competencies include strategic and operational planning, planning and costing, systems strengthening, institutional development, and human resource capacity building. He has successfully completed over 50 consultancy assignments within Nigeria’s health sector, providing technical assistance to government institutions and development partners. His work has involved coordinating multi-stakeholder processes and supporting the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of health interventions funded by international partners

In addition to his consultancy work, Isaac has led community development initiatives resulting in the establishment of a school and a comprehensive health centre in the Udeh and Ugwolawo communities of Kogi State. Most recently (Nov.–Dec. 2025), he served as Team Lead for the monitoring of Vitamin A Supplementation in Taraba State, Nigeria, training and managing 30 independent VAS monitors and three supervisors on behalf of Treeshade Associates and Helen Keller International

Professor Hassan Achimugu is a senior public policy and development expert with extensive experience supporting donor-funded health and governance programmes across Nigeria and the wider African region. He is a Professor of Public Policy and Development Studies and serves as Dean of the Faculty of Management Sciences at Prince Abubakar Audu University, Anyigba, Kogi State, Nigeria.

He brings strong international academic and technical exposure, having served as a Visiting Lecturer at the International University of East Africa, Kampala (Uganda), and the University of Botswana, Gaborone (Botswana). He is also an Associate Editor of several peer-reviewed international journals, including the International Journal of Democracy and Democratic Studies, the International Journal of Capacity Building in Education and Management, and the Journal of Good Governance and Sustainable Development in Africa, reflecting his thought leadership in public policy, governance, and institutional development.

Professor Achimugu is a member of the Health Development Guild Nigeria (HDg-N) and has served as a National Consultant on major donor-funded initiatives, including UKaid/DFID and PMI/USAID programmes, providing technical leadership across 14 states in Nigeria. His consultancy portfolio includes leading and supporting the development and review of malaria elimination operational plans, conducting capacity assessments and strategy reviews, and reviewing Integrated Supportive Supervision (ISS) implementation frameworks in six Nigerian states Through his work, Professor Achimugu has supported governments and development partners to strengthen policy design, improve programme effectiveness, and enhance institutional capacity within
the health sector. He is recognized for his ability to bridge academic rigor with practical, results-oriented policy and programme implementation

Andrew Abdullahi Ogido is the Director of the AHEF/LEEP Programme, bringing over a decade of experience in marketing strategy and programme coordination. He effectively integrates his professional expertise with humanitarian service, contributing to development initiatives at the national level.

Andrew holds a Master of Business Administration from the National Open University of Nigeria and has played a significant role in strengthening communities through training, mentoring, and project implementation in collaboration with local and international humanitarian organizations.

In addition to his directorial role, he serves as Comptroller, Project Affairs for the Ambience of Hope Exceptional Foundation (AHEF)/LEEP Project in Nigeria, where he supports strategic planning, coordination, and oversight of key program activities.

Riana Isaac is the Team Lead, SDGs & Child Education Support Programme. She is a development professional with experience in programme support, public health and nutrition interventions, youth sensitization, and community-based development initiatives. Her work is driven by a strong commitment to sustainability, women’s empowerment, livelihoods development, and sustainable society through people-centered humanitarian impact. Riana has demonstrated strong leadership, coordination, and management capabilities, with a proven ability to work effectively across diverse cultural, institutional, and community settings. Her professional experience spans programme support, research, field supervision, and stakeholder engagement within Nigeria’s development and public sector landscape

Through the ongoing partnership between MEF, Ambience of Hope Exceptional Foundation (AHEF)/Labour Employment and Empowerment Programme (LEEP) of the Federal Government of Nigeria, Riana is committed to expanding impact and delivering scalable, community-driven solutions across underserved populations.

Riana’s pet project, SDGs Awareness Campaign is gaining traction among young people within the secondary schools in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. She also initiated the Child Education Support programme which has been piloted in two schools in Kogi State. She hopes to sustain these achievements leveraging her collaborative history and networks.
